REFUND POLICY

• Any purchase made from Shaalin Jewellery is non-refundable.
• As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or accept returns on any product once it has been sold. However, our pieces can be exchanged for another design, provided that the terms and conditions outlined below are met.

DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED 

• If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by email at hello.shaalin@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9769112255 within 24 hours, providing your order number.
• We will arrange for the product to be picked up at our expense. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will send you a replacement piece. Please note that this process may take up to 15-20 days.
• It is mandatory to provide an opening video as proof of the damaged product.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

What is the Exchange policy at Shaalin Jewellery? 

• Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all labels and tags intact, in their original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
• To request an exchange, please contact us by email at hello.shaalin@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9769112255 within 2 working days of delivery.
• After receiving the old parcel, we will send you a new piece. Please retain the courier receipt as proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for any delays or loss until the parcel is received by us.
• You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. We will provide you with the address details through WhatsApp or email. Please include your order number and name when returning the parcel to us.

• The cost of re-shipping a new product is chargeable at Rs 40/- (this cannot be adjusted in the price of the product, but will be applicable extra) and has to be paid by the customer. 

• Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.
